IT Society Cyberjaya will be organizing FREE IT Workshops - PHP Programming with HTML, CSS, JS & jQuery

Date: 9 July 2013
Time: 8.00pm - 11:30pm
Venue: FIT XR0001
* Please bring your own laptop and extension wire

8.00pm - 8.15pm: Introdution to PHP
8.15pm - 8.45pm: Introduce XAMPP,phpMyAdmin, create a simple html & php page
8.45pm - 9:15pm: Basic Programming in PHP
9:15pm - 10:15pm: PHP connect to phpMyAdmin database, select, update, delete.
10.15pm - 10.20pm: REST
10.20pm - 11.00pm: css & javascript, bootstrap & jquery, TIPS for PHP
11.00pm - 11:15pm: Q & A

TIPS for PHP (recommended for CDP FYP students):
1) URL rewrite
2) virtual domain name
3) Template / master page (changing logo in header only need 1 sec)
4) make css & js load faster
5) mobile view
6) advance SQL
7) secure your php page from SQL injection, XSS
8) custom error page

** Please install the software "XAMPP" before you come for the workshop
